The month of July comes to an end on Saturday, and with it ends the second week of unemployment for 11 Hazleton city employees whose jobs hinge on an agreement between the city and its water authority. "It's coming anytime soon," Richard Ammon, member of the Hazleton City Authority Board of Directors, said Thursday. A source at city hall, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said city officials sent a written ultimatum to HCA this week that set a deadline of today for action on the agreement.
